Workouts without Machines i.e. Freeweights, Compound movements, Bodyweight movements activate more muscles than machines. Hence, are better for building muscles , burning fat and maintaining the same in the long run.
Freeweights, compound movements help develop greater power, strength compared to movement on machines.
Hence, performing "Machineless Workout" is a more efficient way to hit most fitness goals including increasing strength and muscle size, changing body composition and weight loss.
Which is why we at "Machineless Workout" practice compound, functional movements like Clean & jerk, Snatch, Thrusters, Deadlift, Chestpress, Squats, a lot of dumbbell variations, training with ancient Indian tools like Mugdal, Gada and also practice lifting our own bodyweight by performing RopeClimb, Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, Bouldering and so on..
Nevertheless, workout on machines may have some benefits, so we may end our workout sessions with a couple of sets on machines to direct the stimulus to the targeted muscles, which is only effective after performing a lot of compound, freeweights and "Machineless Workout'.

Founder/Coach Amit Darole having 12+ years of experience in fitness training, previously start-off his career with corporate desk job, very well knowing what a desk job does to our body. So he developed a vision and zeal to train people in a more Natural , Functional way and make less dependent on Machines.
Now when Artificial Intelligence is replacing our physical and mental work eventually making us more lethargic and pushing towards various diseases, to top-it-up if we become more and more dependent to even perform that one hour workout movements on Machines where most of the load is balanced , managed by machine itself while pushing or pulling , this will eventually make our joints, bones, muscles less involved and engaged, thus making us less functional, less agile, less mobile.
So his Vision is to include workout movements which are Natural, Functional and Effective to keep you going in the long run. Hence, the name "MACHINELESS WORKOUT"
